Banjo #272, “Calla”
Calla is “a lot of banjo”…a 13 inch, made of useful options and gorgeous woods, it is an heirloom banjo as of today! Oregon Myrtlewood, Ebony, Bubinga, and Wenge…3-laminates make the tone ring, 6 laminates made the back of the pot. Exceedingly warm it is…yet not “tubby”! The Myrtlewood is from the southern Oregon coast, the Maple from our farm, the Bilinga and Wenge are prime woods that we favor in many of our instruments.
